申请人必须满足以下条件才有资格入学：
持有信息系统（IS），信息技术（IT），电子商务（EC），计算机科学（CS）或其他学科的认可学士学位，但至少通过了与IS / IT / EC /相关的四门核心课程 CS学科，来自大学拨款委员会（UGC）资助的香港高等教育机构之一，或同等学历
入学资格来自教学语言不是英语的机构的申请人还应满足以下最低英语水平要求：

托福成绩为550分（纸质考试）或59分（修订纸质考试成绩）或79分（基于互联网的考试）; 要么

国际英语语言测试系统（雅思）的总分为6.5分; 要么

在中国大陆新的大学英语考试（CET6）中获得450分，或者通过旧的CET-6考试; 要么

其他同等资格

Applicants must satisfy the following to be eligible for admission:
Hold a recognized Bachelor's degree in information systems (IS), information technology (IT), electronic commerce (EC), computer science (CS), or other disciplines but have passed at least four core courses related to the IS/IT/EC/CS disciplines, from one of the tertiary education institutions in Hong Kong funded by the University Grant Committee (UGC), or equivalent
Applicants whose entrance qualification is obtained from an institution where the medium of instruction is not English should also fulfill the following minimum English proficiency requirement:

TOEFL score of 550 (paper-based test) or 59 (revised paper-delivered test) or 79 (internet-based test); or

Overall band score of 6.5 in International English Language Testing System (IELTS); or

Score 450 in the new College English Test (CET6) of Chinese mainland or a pass in the old CET-6 test; or

Other equivalent qualifications
